ELECTRONIC ORDERING
Electronic ordering is an online facility incorporated into Medical Director or Best Practice to enhance the pathology request module.  Some of the features include:
 Specific test list and powerful search engine 
                Outstanding orders and pending reports summaries
 Customisable groups of tests
 Request forms with integrated patient labels for specimens

COLLECTION SERVICE - HOME VISITS
We provide a home visit service in most areas of Burnie, Wynyard, Ulverstone and Devonport.
This service is available at your discretion to any patient who is incapable of leaving home due to illness, confined to bed or if they are non-ambulatory.  For bookings please phone 6430 6762 (Burnie, Wynyard and Ulverstone) and 6424 6077 (Devonport and Latrobe).

COURIER SERVICE
Courier services to all surgeries within the north west region run throughout the day.
Urgent courier pickups can be arranged by phoning 6430 6753.

STORES SERVICE
Stores related to pathology services are available by completing an order form. Completed forms can be collected by the next courier to visit your practice, or by faxing the order to us on 6430 6771.

LABORATORY VISITS
You are welcome to visit our laboratories and meet our staff.  Please telephone the Practice Manager to arrange a visit.

PATIENT CARE
We are able to provide you with a number of reports that may assist you with ongoing patient care.
These include:  abnormal pathology reports, HBA1C reminder reports, bacterial resistance pattern reports etc.
